It started with a real problem—and a team determined to fix it.
The Journey Started in 2014
Scale Without the Stress
Our founder, Vinny Hira, had been managing offshore teams in India since 2014.
Through his own experience, he saw the value—but also the complexity—of building offshore operations.
In 2022, when Vinny needed to create a new offshore team for a UK client, he returned to India.
What he found was a system that was… complicated:

Office and infrastructure challenges
HR and payroll headaches
He brought in Caspar Dean and Matt Fletcher to help navigate it.
Together, they tackled everything—from sourcing talent to setting up space—only to learn the hard way that doing it right means starting over.
Enter Zouma Consultancy
and a Game-Changer
In early 2023, they met Himanshu Sethi, founder of Zouma Consultancy in India.
That meeting changed everything.
Zouma brought the on-the-ground expertise the team needed—combined with shared values and an operational mindset.
Late nights turned into a blueprint. A broken process became a new model.
Testing the Model — And Making It Better
We tested the idea.
Built the first team. Fixed what didn’t work.
Then came team two. Then three.
With each iteration, we simplified the process.
We proved the model could deliver for real clients—and scale with confidence.
Koncept Offshore Was Born
Vinny, Caspar, Matt, and Himanshu joined forces to form Koncept Offshore—a UK-India partnership that blends experience, infrastructure, and ambition.
