What is an Offshore Operations Centre (OOC)?
An OOC is your dedicated team and workspace in India, built and managed by us. It acts as an extension of your business—staffed with professionals who work exclusively for you, using your systems and aligned with your culture.
-
What kind of roles can I hire?
You can build teams across a range of functions—admin, finance, IT, support, data, tech, and more. We tailor the hiring process to your specific needs and sector.
-
Do I have full control over the team?
Yes. You manage the day-to-day work, set priorities, and define workflows—just like with your in-house team. We handle all the operational support.
-
Who manages the operations in India?
Our India-based operations team takes care of everything from office setup and IT to HR, payroll, and compliance. They work closely with your dedicated UK account manager to ensure smooth delivery.
-
How is communication handled?
Your team works in your time zone (or overlapping hours), uses your tools, and communicates directly with your internal teams—no middlemen, no delays.
-
How fast can I scale my team?
Most teams can be set up in 4–6 weeks. Once your centre is up and running, we can add new roles quickly—often within 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
-
What if I need to grow the team later?
No problem. Our model is built for scale. You can start small and grow to 100+ staff without switching providers or systems.
-
How do you ensure cultural alignment?
We bake your values and company culture into the hiring and onboarding process. Our Chief Happiness Officer also helps maintain engagement, motivation, and retention.
-
Is the offshore team secure?
Yes. We match your company’s security protocols, including data handling, access control, and secure infrastructure. We’re ISO 27001 certified and follow strict compliance practices. Team members also sign NDA agreements to protect your confidential information.

Can I visit the office in India?
Absolutely. You’re always welcome. Many of our clients make regular visits to meet their team, align strategy, deliver training, and spend time face-to-face.

Unlike outsourcing, your offshore team is built exclusively for your business. They work under your direction, follow your processes, and are part of your company culture. We simply take care of the setup and operations so you can focus on performance.
-
Can I start small and scale later?
Yes. Many clients begin with just 1–3 team members and expand as needed. Our model is designed to be flexible and grow with you.

What locations in India do you operate from?
We operate in key talent hubs across India, choosing locations based on your needs and the types of roles you want to fill. Our current locations include Chandigarh, Maharashtra, Noida, and Haryana.

You’ll receive regular reports, dashboards, and have check-ins with your UK account manager. We ensure proactive, transparent communication.

Can I interview candidates before hiring?
Yes. We shortlist top candidates and you make the final decision. Interview, test, and assess—just like with your in-house hires.

No strict minimums, but we recommend starting with at least one full-time role to get the most value from the model. We also have 12-month contracts for team members to give you and the team members long-term stability.
